In Memoriam

We are heartbroken over the passing of Lillibeth Navarro, Founder and Executive Director of Communities Actively Living Independent & Free. Lillibeth was a long-time supporter of APIDC and a powerful and influential leader, advocate and activist in the disabilities community. She was the keynote speaker at our 2016 Statewide Conference, captivating the audience with her wit, words and passion. She was also enthusiastic about cultivating the new generation of community leaders and moderated our Youth Panel. She will be greatly missed.
