August 4, 2010 - THE MAYOR’S DISABILITY COUNCIL (MDC) AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE are presented to persons or organizations who have excelled in furthering disability rights for people with disabilities in San Francisco City Government services, activities, programs and facilities.
